Kyle Ranch Tack guarantees that the merchandise you purchase is of high quality and free from defects. If you need to return or exchange an item, please include your Return/Exchange Form you received with your shipment along with any necessary information we might need to speed up the return process. All return/exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is returned within 30 days, we will credit your card, or refund any payment made by check or cash. Kyle Ranch Tack will issue a store credit for returns received after 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will be processed promptly.
